Entrance for visitors on the day is FREE, however, a charitable donation towards our 3 hospices would be very much appreciated.

All income from entrance fees will be donated to:

- Butterwick Hospice
- Willowburn Hospice
- Hartlepool and District Hospice

The North East’s Premier Engineering &
Manufacturers’ Exhibition October 2008
 

 Objectives:

  • Create an opportunity and environment for inter-trading and business 2 business transactions.
  • Promote the value of local clusters.
  • Explore how UKTI can assist with export opportunities.
  • Support available from Business Link.
  • Making contact with businesses across the region.
  • Generate an environment for wealth creation.
Event Outline – An opportunity for wealth creation! The event is aimed at bringing together the 50+ member companies from across the County Durham Engineering Cluster along with partner sub-regional groups such as; South Tyneside Manufacturing Forum and Tees Valley Engineering Partnership.

The event will provide an opportunity of inter-trading, wealth creation and business growth for the members of all the sub-regional Engineering Forums. We will also invite other organisations and engineering companies to join us from across the region to celebrate the resurgence of our sector and see our collective capability. In addition to the exhibition we will host a series of short seminars supported by County Durham Engineering Cluster, North East Manufacturing Advisory Service, UKTI and Knowledge House.
